Question 1

What is the Tab Video Editor?

Accepted Answer

The Tab Video Editor is a browser-based editing workspace for assembling and refining AI video projects. It keeps generated clips, media assets, chat context, agentic editing help, and timeline editing together in one project.

Question 2

What are agentic editing capabilities?

Accepted Answer

Agentic editing means the Tab workspace can help plan edits, reason over project context, route you to the right model or editor mode, and keep chat, assets, generations, and timeline work connected instead of forcing every step into a separate tool.

Question 3

Can I try the video editor with a demo project?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The Video Editor page opens by copying a Tab demo project into your account, then launching that copy in editor mode so you can explore without changing the original.

Question 4

Does the editor work with AI-generated video clips?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Tab is built around AI video workflows, so you can generate clips with models like Veo, Kling, Seedance, and Hailuo, then organize and edit those assets inside the same workspace.

Question 5

Do I need to install video editing software?

Accepted Answer

No. Tab runs in the browser. You can open a copied project, review assets, adjust the edit, and continue generating media without installing a desktop editor.
