Question 1

Does Tab use my prompts or generations to train models?

Accepted Answer

No. Tab does not use your prompts, uploaded assets, or generations to train foundation models. Your content is used only to deliver the service you requested. Third-party model providers (OpenAI, Google DeepMind, Anthropic, etc.) each have their own data policies that apply when a request is routed to them.

Question 2

Who owns the videos, images, and audio I generate?

Accepted Answer

You own the outputs you generate on Tab, subject to the rights and restrictions of the underlying model's terms (e.g., OpenAI's, Google's, or Anthropic's usage policies). Commercial use is permitted under all active subscription plans.

Question 3

Is Tab GDPR and CCPA compliant?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Tab supports GDPR (EU/EEA/UK) and CCPA/CPRA (California) rights including access, correction, deletion, and data export. Requests can be submitted to support@flikai.com and are typically fulfilled within 30 days.

Question 4

How do I delete my account and data?

Accepted Answer

You can delete your account from the Profile modal inside Tab, or by emailing support@flikai.com. Account deletion removes your profile, project metadata, and generated assets from our systems. Some records may be retained where required by law (e.g., billing history).
