Question 1

Are Tab and Flick the same company?

Accepted Answer

No. Tab (workspace.tab.bot) is a multi-model creative agent for generating original AI video, images, and audio. Flick (flick.social) is a separate UK company that makes a social-media marketing platform — scheduling, hashtags, captions, and analytics with an AI assistant called Iris. The names sound alike, but they solve different problems.

Question 2

Tab vs Flick — which one should I use?

Accepted Answer

Choose Tab if you need to create content: AI video (Veo 3.1, Kling 3.0 Pro, Seedance 2.0), images (Nano Banana Pro, Seedream 5.0), voiceover (ElevenLabs 3.0), and music (Suno 5.5). Choose Flick if you need to schedule and manage social posts, research hashtags, and track analytics. Many teams use both — Tab to make the content, Flick to publish it.

Question 3

Does Tab do social scheduling and hashtags like Flick?

Accepted Answer

No — Tab is a generation studio, not a scheduler. It creates the videos, images, voiceovers, and music; it does not post to Instagram or TikTok or do hashtag research. Pair it with a scheduler for distribution.

Question 4

Does Flick generate AI video like Tab?

Accepted Answer

Not in the same way. Flick's AI (Iris) helps write captions, plan content, and create simple graphics for social posts. Tab generates original, high-resolution AI video with native audio from frontier models — a different category of tool.

Question 5

I searched 'Flick AI' — did I mean Tab?

Accepted Answer

If you were looking to generate AI videos, images, voiceovers, or music, yes — you likely meant Tab. See /flick-ai for the quick disambiguation, or start at /text-to-video.

Question 6

How does pricing compare?

Accepted Answer

Tab starts free to explore the workspace, then 400 credits free for 7 days on a paid plan; Mini from $40/month, Pro from $80/month, every model included. Flick prices its social-marketing plans separately, starting at a low monthly tier with a free trial. See /pricing for Tab details.
