Question 1

What is Organization mode in Tab?

Accepted Answer

Organization mode turns Tab into a shared creative workspace for teams. All members work from a single pool of credits, see shared projects, and are billed centrally. Roles (owner, admin, member) control who can invite others, manage billing, and access projects.

Question 2

How do I create an organization?

Accepted Answer

Open Settings → Organization → Create organization. Pick a name, set billing, invite teammates by email. The creator becomes the owner with full admin rights. Organizations run on the Pro plan (from $80/month for teams) or a custom Enterprise plan.

Question 3

How do credits work in Organization mode?

Accepted Answer

Organization credits are pooled — everyone on the team draws from the same monthly allowance (400+ credits/month on Pro (volume-based), custom on Enterprise). Purchased credit top-ups add to the organization's balance and never expire. Individual usage is tracked per member in the Usage tab.

Question 4

Which roles are available?

Accepted Answer

Three roles. Owner: full control over billing, seats, and roles; can delete the organization. Admin: invite/remove members, manage roles, no billing access. Member: use the workspace, generate, and participate in projects — no admin privileges.

Question 5

Can I switch between Personal and Organization mode?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The Personal / Organization toggle in the top-left of the sidebar switches modes instantly. Credits, projects, and billing follow whichever mode is active. Your Personal workspace and Organization workspace stay completely separate.

Question 6

Is my team's data isolated from other organizations?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Projects, assets, and prompts in an organization are only visible to members of that organization. Tab does not train on any customer content — inference goes to AI model providers (Anthropic, Google, OpenAI, ByteDance, Kuaishou, MiniMax, ElevenLabs, Suno) strictly to generate requested outputs.
