Question 1

What is Tab?

Accepted Answer

Tab is an AI creative agent for video, image, and audio. Describe what you want in plain English and the agent plans the project, picks the right model for each shot (Veo 3.1, Kling 3.0 Pro, Seedance 2.0, Hailuo 2.3, and more), writes the prompts, generates, and iterates until the result matches your intent — all inside one workspace.

Question 2

Which AI models are available in Tab?

Accepted Answer

Video: Veo 3.1 (Google DeepMind), Kling 3.0 Pro, Kling 2.6, Kling o3 Edit, Kling o3 Ref (Kuaishou), Seedance 2.0 & Seedance 2.0 Fast (ByteDance), Hailuo 2.3 (MiniMax). Image: Seedream 5.0 (ByteDance), Nano Banana Pro & Nano Banana 2 (Google). Audio: ElevenLabs 3.0 (voice), Suno 5.5 (music), Mirelo 1.5 (sound effects). Agent: Claude Sonnet 4.6, Claude Opus 4.7, Claude Opus 4.8 (Anthropic), Gemini 3.1 Pro, Gemini 3 Flash (Google).

Question 3

Do I need separate subscriptions for each AI model?

Accepted Answer

No. Tab consolidates access to every supported model under a single plan with credits. Every model works on every plan — Free, Mini (from $40/month), Pro (from $80/month with Organization mode), and Enterprise — only the credit allocation changes.

Question 4

How much does Tab cost?

Accepted Answer

Free to explore the workspace. To generate, choose a paid plan and start with 400 credits free for 7 days. Mini starts at $40/month and Pro starts at $80/month after the trial. Enterprise has custom pricing, and credit top-up packs never expire and stack with any plan.

Question 5

Is there a free plan?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The free plan lets you explore the workspace. To generate, start a 7-day free trial with 400 credits by choosing a paid plan and adding a card, or buy a one-time credit pack.

Question 6

How many credits does an AI video cost?

Accepted Answer

A typical AI video clip runs about 1,000 credits (~$10 at 10 credits = $1). AI images are ~50 credits, voice narration ~30 credits, music ~30 credits, sound effects ~20 credits, screenplay ~10 credits. Costs vary by model, duration, and resolution — actual cost is calculated server-side and shown before you generate.

Question 7

What's the difference between Agent, Chat, and Manual modes?

Accepted Answer

Agent mode is autonomous — describe the outcome and the agent plans, prompts, generates, and iterates for you. Chat mode is conversational — iterate turn-by-turn with the agent steering between generations. Manual mode is for power users — pick a specific model, write exact prompts, tune every parameter yourself.

Question 8

Can I use AI-generated videos commercially?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Generated videos, images, and audio on paid plans or purchased credits permit commercial use, subject to each underlying model's acceptable-use policies (Veo 3.1, Kling 3.0 Pro, Seedance 2.0, ElevenLabs 3.0, Suno 5.5, etc.).

Question 9

Does Tab train on my content?

Accepted Answer

No. Tab does not train on customer prompts, files, or generated outputs. Inference goes to AI model providers (Anthropic, Google, ByteDance, Kuaishou, MiniMax, ElevenLabs, Suno) strictly to generate the outputs you request — nothing is retained for training.

Question 10

What aspect ratios does Tab support?

Accepted Answer

21:9, 16:9, 3:2, 4:3, 5:4, 1:1, 4:5, 3:4, 2:3, and 9:16. The agent picks the right aspect ratio for your target platform (YouTube, TikTok, Reels, LinkedIn, broadcast) automatically in Agent mode, or you can set it manually.

Question 11

Can I generate 4K video?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Kling 3.0 Pro generates native 4K at 60fps — the only frontier model offering this at scale in 2026. Other video models (Veo 3.1, Seedance 2.0, Hailuo 2.3) output 1080p. Switch between them per shot in the same project.

Question 12

Does Tab work for teams?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Pro plan (from $80/month) and Enterprise include Organization mode — shared workspaces, pooled credits, role-based access (owner, admin, member), and centralized billing. Personal and Organization workspaces stay separate and switch via the sidebar toggle.

Question 13

Can I clone my voice?

Accepted Answer

Yes. ElevenLabs 3.0 inside Tab clones a voice from a short audio sample. Generate narration in your own voice across 40+ languages — ideal for multilingual course creators, branded content, and personal creators publishing across markets.

Question 14

Can I edit existing videos with AI?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Kling o3 Edit modifies existing video clips — swap subjects, change backgrounds, extend scenes, modify props — while preserving the original motion and framing. Kling o3 Ref generates new clips that match the camera, pacing, and style of a reference clip you upload.

Question 15

What browsers and platforms does Tab run on?

Accepted Answer

Tab runs in any modern browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge) and ships as a desktop app for macOS, Windows, and Linux. JavaScript must be enabled. The web app and desktop app share the same account — projects sync across both.

Question 16

Can I connect Tab to Shopify, social platforms, or my CMS?

Accepted Answer

Tab generates standard MP4/MOV/PNG/JPG/MP3 files you can download and upload anywhere — Shopify, YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, your CMS, Dropbox, Google Drive. Direct integrations for specific platforms are on the roadmap; for now, export and upload is the standard flow.

Question 17

Do monthly credits roll over?

Accepted Answer

Unused paid-tier subscription credits roll over while your subscription remains active, capped at 2x your billing-period allotment. Purchased credit top-up packs never expire and stack with subscription credits on any plan, including Free.

Question 18

How do I cancel my Tab subscription?

Accepted Answer

Open Settings → Plan → Cancel subscription. You'll keep access for the rest of the current billing period, then drop to the Free plan. Credit top-up packs you've purchased remain in your account and don't expire — they keep working on the Free plan.
